Configuring Microsoft Outlook  for Domain E-mail


Step 1: Start the Microsoft Outlook mail client application.

Step 2: On the main menu bar click "Tools" and select "Email Accounts" to bring up the "Email Accounts " Wizard..





Step 3: In the "E-mail Accounts " window,  check  "Add a new e-mail account". Click Next





Step 4: In the "Server Type" window, select POP3. Then click the "Next" button.





Step 5: Next, fill in the domain e-mail infomation you received in the appropriate field. Please note that your User Name is your full email address. Then click the "More Settings" button.





Step 6: Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab and insure that "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is checked and that "Use same settings as my incoming mailserver" is selected. Click OK at the bottom then Next on the "Internet E-Mail Settings  (POP3)" screen.





Step 7: Click  "Finish" on the E-Mail Accounts  Congratulations window.
